We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to process and prepare your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time within the United States is approximately 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected circumstances.
This product is suitable for children aged 3 years and above. Not recommended for children under 3 years due to small parts.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, please don’t worry — the remaining items will be shipped separately once they are ready.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) containing your tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there may only be a limited window to make changes to an incorrect address.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Hoppenly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local shipping carrier using the information provided on your tracking page.

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any applicable taxes and duties will be displayed during checkout.
- Care & Maintenance: Gently hand wash your toy using mild soap and cool water. Avoid tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning. Machine washing is not recommended. Always check the product labels when it arrives.
